How to Help?

Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) gases are commonly found in refrigerants, solvents, propellants, etc. In the 1980s the Montreal Protocol, an international commitment to cut down on the usage of CFC gases in hopes to reduce the damage to the ozone layer, was universally accepted by all countries that are a part of the United Nations (UN). Reducing the amount of CFC gases alone will not stop the damage to the stratospheric layer of the ozone. By helping to prevent climate change and working to not advance global warming, it is possible to reverse the damage caused.
